Physical description: Youngish, long blond hair pulled back in a ponytail. Reno either looks like a teen in a T-shirt and ripped up jeans or a preacher ready to give a sermon.
Nimbus: When Reno gets vulgar, those nearby suddenly feel alone in a hot desert at noon. In the distance, in the direction where Reno was is the silhouette of civilization. There is an explosion in that direction and they can see a mushroom cloud rapidly expanding. A more intense heat washes over them and from the expanding explosion androgynous white hairless heads locked in a scream shoot in all directions. Just before the sounds of rumbling, screams, light and heads reach them it all ends. The entire experience happens so quickly that it would be easy to doubt that it even happened if it wasn't so intense.

For someone who claims to haved awakened less than 2 years ago he sure does seem to have a lot of power and control with magic. Once he told me he was a prodigy. Another time I asked him the same question and he said he was born into a Guardian Sleep Walker family. Yet another time he told me it a peice of God got lodged in his head.
Reno is popular in Mt. Pleasant but he is content to be a free Gaurdian and does not like to be given orders. It is unlikely he will ever gain status as a Guardian though he is an active Cultor and the acting Epopt of his Mt. Pleasant.
The Guardians of Mt. Pleasant act like they don't like each other but they always disappear together. It is an obvious act. They seem to be acting in concert and without informing the Councillors or the Consillium. Notice how the Lex just disappeared and reappeared missing countless pages. Something isn't right about it.
Reno's cabal built a school and offer mana and helpful spells to mages who wish to practice vulgar magic, experiment, study, teach or learn. In exchange for its use they request favors, chores, and tasks to maintain and develop the school. What a bunch of hippies.
